Beatson cancer charity has joined forces with Brain Tumour Research to establish a research centre in Scotland dedicated to finding a cure for the most aggressive form of cancer. The Scottish Brain Tumour Research Centre of Excellence will be based at University of Edinburgh and University of Glasgow, this is a major milestone and Hope in unlocking a breakthrough in brain tumour treatment. The Beatson is also where Jay received much of his treatment and also the valued support from his specialist MacMillan teenage and young adult nurse whom he thought a great deal of.
